The minutes of the March 6, 1972 meeting were approved as read.
The letter on the Fluoridation of the M.D.C. water sypply from

and the representatives endorsing the fluoridation of the M.D.C.
water supply.
Mr. Heustis reported that the Hard of Hearing Clinic was
shaping -up very well. The Senior Citizens Group will be meeting at HARD
Cary Hall on Monday and the clinic will be announc.d at their meet- OF
ing. The Red Cross will have volunteers for the end of the week HEARING
and Mr. Metchear has contacted a few of the Rotary Club member's UNIT
wives to work Monday and Tuesday.
The questionnaire for Clinic Information for the Board of
Health Clinic Survey was approved. IMMUNIZA-
TION
Dr. Ellicott suggested that a short meeting be set-up with CLINIC
Miss Morrison of the L.V.N.A., himself and the Health Department
Staff for 3L30 P.M. Friday to discuss the operation of this clinic.
The conditions for the issuing of the permit for the Lion's LION'S
Club Carnival was read by the Board. CARNIVAL
Dr. Ellicott said he felt that we should check to make sure
the Town was going to up -grade the saki ary'facilities used by the
Carnival people.

Mr. Heustis said the Lion's Club should take the initiative
to see that the facilities are improved and that all permits
are taken care of in plenty of time before the Carnival opens.
The petition and letter regarding the drainage and sewage
93 LACONIA problem from Mr. Louis LoCicero, 93 Laconia Street, was read
STREET by the Board. Mr. Heustis reported that the drainage from
Rumford Road to this section of Laconia Street was very bad.
Mr. LoCicero had to move his family out of the house one week-
end because the water was so high. He went on to say he did
not think this section would require a trunk line, it would just
be a matter of extending the sewer line from the finished por-
tion of Laconia Street.

The Board moved that a letter be sent to the Board of
Selectmen stating that this situation was a definite health
problem and should be corrected as soon as possible.
The letter from Mr. Curtis C. Allen, 10 Jean Road regard-
ing the drainage problem created by the house built at 8 Jean
Road was read by the Board.
Mr, Heustis said Mr. Lucas had approved the finished grades
for the house at 8 Jean Road. He said he would like to have Mr.
Lucas out to review the situation.
The Board approved to have Mr. Lucas review this situation.
22 INGLESIDE The letter from Dennis E. Speliotis, 22 Ingleside Road,
ROAD regarding the drainage area in the rear of his property.
Mr. Heustis reported that this was a civil matter and be-
cause Mr. Spelitios felt that the Blue Ribbon Farm had blocked
the drainage area that he, Mr. Heustis, had spoken to Mr. Ralph
Cataldo, Blue Ribbon Farm. Mr. Cataldo said if the people from
Ingleside would come over and talk to him he would be glad to
check this out.
Mr. Spelitios had indicated there was a drainage easement
but Mr. Cataldo said he was not aware of this. Mr. Heustis said
Mr. Cataldo in his conversation with him indicated that he would
clean this ditch out.
MC IVER Mr. Heustis reported that a complaint had been received
BULL regarding a bull being kept by Mr. McIver, 30 Follen Road.
Investigation confirmed this complaint. Mr. McIver has requested
30 days to find a new home for the bull.
IDYLEWILDE
FARM
The new definitive plan for Idylewilde Farms subdivision
was discussed by the Board.
Mr. Heustis explained that this subdivision had changed
ownership and a few changes had been made in the plans. Mr.
Heustis explained that when Mr. Lucas had checked this subdivision
before he expressed concern about the heighth of the culvert. He
said he would like Mr. Lucas to check this subdivision before
approval is granted.
The Board approved Mr. Lucas to re -check these plans.
