Whatif the conditions we set forth are not <br />acceptable to the Town of Arlington. <br />Mr. Daley: If the conditions set down by this Board are <br />not accepted by Arlington then we don't want them in this town. <br />Mr. Heustis: It seems to me that there will be a split <br />responsibility. <br />Mr. Daley: The permit would be given to the Cataldo's <br />and then it would be up to them to see that all the conditions <br />were followed. <br />Dr. Cosgrove: We will get a letter off Wednesday to Town <br />Counsel and see what he has to say and then we will see if we <br />can take care of this matter as expediantly as possible. <br />Mr. Cataldo and Mr. Daley thanked the Board and retired. <br />Mr. Heustis explained that there was approximately 600 <br />rubella vaccine doses left after the clinics in the schools <br />and he wondered if the Board would be willing to have another <br />clinic at Cary Hall for kindergarten and grade 3. This would <br />have to be on a basis of as long as the vaccine lasts, also RUBELLA <br />a make-up for the 1st and 2nd grades. VACCINE <br />MAKE UP <br />The Board agreed. CLINIC <br />It was voted that the next meeting of the Board would be <br />held December 8, 1969. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10 P.M. <br />Dorothy Jones, Clerk <br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING <br />DECEMBER 8, 1969 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Health was held Monday, <br />December 8, 1969 at 7:00 P.M. in the Board of Health Office. <br />Members present were: Dr. William Cosgrove, Chairman, Dr. Charles <br />Colburn, Mr. James Lambie and Robert Heustis, Director of Public <br />Health. <br />The minutes of the November 3 and 17th Special Meeting were <br />approved as read. <br />The Board once more discussed the application for a permit <br />to keep a horse by Vernon Parsons at 65 Allen Street. PARSONS <br />ANIMAL <br />Due to the objection of the abuttors as was recorded at PERMIT <br />the public hearing held on November 3, 1969,.the Board felt <br />Mgt' d-6ffA n do T u'i6Ki must be set down regarding this permit. <br />
