Jones said she was going to talk_ to Mr. Zahner re- <br />garding a page in memory of !.r. i' c. uillan for the 'Town Report. <br />The Healta Officer's report was checked and the Board ex- <br />pressed concern regarding the Cumberland Farm, Lowell Street <br />Store, milk counts. <br />r. <br />Heustis said violation notices had been sent to Cumber- <br />land t''arrris, Sunnyhurst Dairy and First National Stores. <br />The approval for renewal for application for license for <br />Pine Knoll Nursing Home, 30 'iatertown Street was signed by the <br />Board. <br />The renewal food establishment permit for <br />hew England for Ratheon Cafeteria was signed.. <br />The renewal license for a day care center <br />ibursery School was signed by the Board. <br />Meeting was adjourned at 9:QQ P.N. <br />Servomation of <br />or Coz;r1unity <br />BOARD OF LEALTI MEETING <br />DECEMBER 16, 1965 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Health was held <br />December 16, 1966 at 7:00 P.L . in the Board of :.ealth Office. <br />embers present were: Dr. William Cosgrove, Chairman, Dr. <br />Charles Colburn and Robert C. Heustis, Director of Public <br />Health. <br />The minutes of the-ovember 8, 1965 meeting were approved <br />as read. <br />The letter from Donald Legro, Town Counsel, regarding his 18 VINE ST. <br />opinion of the future action to be taken by the Board of Health <br />in regard to the property at 18 Vine Street owned by John <br />Jean Shanahan was discussed by the Board. <br />The original order dated September 23, 1968 gave iBr. Shan- <br />ahan 30 days to correct the condition of wet ceiling and ,later <br />in the upstairs bedroom at 18 Vine St. The tenants who made <br />the original complaint have moved from this multiple dwelling. <br />I'ir. Shanahan has stated in phone conversations with ?-r. Heustis <br />that he would send a letter stating that the apartment would <br />not be rented until repairs were made. To date this letter has <br />not been received by the Health Department. <br />According to Mr. Legro's letter the Board riay: 1. Placard <br />the dwelling as unfit for human habitation or 2. take Lr. Shan- <br />ahan to court because the repairs were not made within the 30 <br />day, period as stated on the original order. <br />
