Mr. Legro: Nothing. I cannot possibly conceive of anyone <br />who knows how to read continuing to take this milk. <br />Mr. ';Jest: I can't say a thine to anybody. We are helpless <br />to straighten this thing out. I feel we should have a lawyer who <br />could devote more time to this case. Sit right on it, so to <br />speak. I do know that if one person or child gets sick during <br />this time from this milk, I will blow this place wide open. <br />Mr. Legro continued his discussion of sampling, and the <br />procedures of sampling according to the Milk Regulation Board. <br />He also suggested if the"Fi ndi nes" were upheld, our local Milk <br />Regulations should pe changed and approved by the Milk Re ni tions <br />Board. He again stated that all our records had ;Peon reed into <br />the State Public HAalth Council Haring, and the Judge should <br />have toose statements. <br />?',fter further discussion, Dr. Cosgrove said as far as ha <br />could see there was nothing +.•:e could do until a final decree <br />had bean made. <br />The 3onrd thanked M-. Finneran, D;rector of Pnh:lic <br />Ipa1th. <br />Minutes of the February %, 1966 meeting were approved as read. <br />Mr. McQuillan and Mr. Finneran reported on a meeting they had <br />with Mr. Edward Martin, Assis*ant Attorney General, recording the <br />B. L. Cummings, Inc., case. <br />Mr. West said he thought a letter to Mr. Cole, Chairman of <br />the Board of Selectmen, should be written stating the facts once <br />again of the B. L. Cummings Case. T'Liis letter would probably not <br />receive any action, but at least it would be on recod that we had <br />written to the 3oard of Selectmen. <br />Mr. Ma uillan said that rather thin a letter to the Board of <br />Selectmen_he would like to have the Board's approval to report the <br />
