8s <br />The letter to Concord Dairy and Brox's Dairies regarding MILK COUNTS <br />the high bacteria and coliform counts on the last milk analysis <br />report was approved by the Board. <br />The animal permit application for permission by Laurence ANIMAL <br />Larrssen to keep 1 pony at 269 Wood Street was discussed by PERMIT <br />the Board. Mr. Finneran reported that there was sufficient <br />area for a stable and corrall. Permission was granted pro- <br />viding the area be kept clean and the waste removed weekly. <br />Also that the stable and corral be located not less than 150 <br />feet from any of the abuttors. Mr. Finneran informed Mr <br />:arrssen of these conditions. <br />The license for a Food Establishment, Village Variety, 93 <br />Massachusetts Avenue and the Montassari Child Care Center license <br />130 Pleasant Street was signed by the Board. <br />The Health Officer's report was checked and the Board in- <br />structed Mr. Finneran to notify Blue Ribbon Dairy and Musgrave's <br />Farm of the high bacteria and coliform count obtained from the <br />milk analysis of October 15, 1965, they also instructed Mr. Fin- <br />neran to collect additional samples of Blue Ribbon Dairy Milk <br />from the schools. <br />No further business was discussed and the meeting was a <br />journed at 8:30 P.M. <br />-Clerk <br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING <br />DECEMBER 6, 1965 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Health was held on Monday, <br />December 6, 1965 at 7:00 P.M. in the Health Department Office. <br />Members present were R.L. McQuillan, Chairman, Dr. William Cosgrove, <br />Mr. James M. West and Director of Public Health, James F. Finneran. <br />Minutes of the November 1, 1965, meeting were approved as <br />read. <br />Mr. West said he would like to record in the permanent records <br />that the Statement of Fact: Re: B.L. Cummings Case which was <br />sent to all Town Meeting Members was undated but that this Statement <br />was prepared and mailed November 15, 1965. <br />The Board discussed at great length the meeting with the B.L. CUMM- <br />Executive Board of the Town Meeting Members Association, sched- INGS <br />uled for Thursday evening, December 9, 1965, regarding the <br />problems facing the Board of Health at this time.
