16 <br />new State Sanitary Code. <br />The reminder from the Board of Selectmen regarding the <br />due date of the Annual Reports was placed on file. <br />CARRIAGE DR The letter to Donnelly and Kneeland, Attorneys stating <br />& COACH RD the stipulations of the Engineering report on the lots on <br />Carriage Drive and Coach Road was approved by the Board. <br />The animal permit for 1 horse, 1 donkey and 3 ducks for <br />ANIMAL PERMIT Mrs. Ned Rasor, 80 Marrett Road was approved by the Board. <br />Mr. Finneran reported that there was sufficient area for the <br />animals and no objections were received from any of the <br />abuttors. <br />Food Service Establishment Permits were signed by the <br />Board for the following: <br />Bellino's Donut Shop <br />McManus Ice Cream Shop <br />Brewster's Inc. <br />Lexington Motor Inn Dining Room <br />Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 1965 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Health was held Mon- <br />day evening September 13, 1965 at 7:00 P.M. in the conference <br />room of the New Town Office Building. Members present were <br />R.L. McQuillan, Chairman, Dr. William Cosgrove, Mr. James M. <br />West and James F. Finneran, Director of Public Health. <br />The minutes of the July 12, 1965 meeting were approved <br />as read. <br />The application for an animal permit to keep 2 horses 500 LOWELL <br />at 500 Lowell Street by Mr. Paul Rosa, Jr. was discussed by STREET <br />the Board. <br />Mr. Finneran reported to the Board that Mr. Rosa's lot <br />was small, 16,000 square feet, the horse would be housed in <br />the garage and an area of about 2100 square feet would be <br />available for a corral. Although five abbuttors on Lowell <br />Street offered no objection, Mr. Salavatore Ferraguto, 145 <br />Laconia Street, did come in to the meeting to state his ob- <br />jections. <br />The Board checked the copy of the assessors map and <br />the report made by Mr. Finneran and then spoke to Mr. Rosa <br />1 <br />
