Aall The regular meeting of the Board of Health was held Mon- day February 8, 1965 at 7:00 P.M. in the Health Department Office. Members present were: Dr. William Cosgrove, Acting Chairman, Mr. James M. West, and Mr. James F. Finneran, Director of Public Health. The minutes of the December 21, 1964 meeting were approved as read. MENTAL HEALTH Mr. West asked about the Mental Health Association Budget BUDGET request, if anything more had been heard from the Appropriation Committee or the Board of Selectmen, or if we had to submit an article for the Town Warrent. C .D tt 164 �l Mr. Finneran explained that after Mr. White, Town Accountant and Secretary to the Appropriation Committee, had told the Clerk that the Mental Health Expense request had to be placed on the Town Warrent as an article he had checked with Mr. Gray, Executive Secretary, to the Board of Selectmen. Mr. Gray said he would check with the Selectmen and Mr. White. Since our last meeting in December Mr. Gray told Mr. Finneran that either the Board of Selectmen or the Appropriation Committee would take care of the Article for the Town Warrent, but we have never been notified in writing from either office of this action. Mr. West asked if this matter could be checked into again just to make sure that htis request was not omitted from the Town Warrent.
