A copy of Dr. Fiumata's letter was sent to Mr. Mitchell <br />Spiries, School Administrative Services. <br />The Board instructed Mr. Lurvey to check with Mr. Palmer, <br />OUT OF STATE Town Accountant, to see if Out of State Travel had to be a spec - <br />TRAVEL ial account set up in the budget. The Board felt a great deal <br />could be learned by Mr. Lurvey if he could attend some of the <br />National meetings of health Officers. <br />Meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M. <br />1 <br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING <br />JULY 27, 1961 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Health was held Thurs- <br />day evening July 27, 1961 at 8:00 P.M. in the Selectmen's Room <br />of the Town Office Building. Members present were Mr. R.L. Mc- <br />Quillan, Chairman, Dr. William Cosgrove, Mr. James West and Health <br />Officer, Mark D. Lurvey. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held May 22, 1961 and the <br />regular meeting held June 16, 1961 were approved as read. <br />LEAVE The letter from the Board of Selectmen stating that on <br />REGULATIONS July 10, 1961 the Selectmen had adopted Leave Regulations for <br />Town Employees and that in the near future ttie Town Accountant <br />would send forms for each department to keep a uniformed att- <br />endance record was read by the Board. <br />REAR The letter to Mr. George DeVries, Lowell Estates asking <br />19 BRYANT his cooperation in cleaning up a dump in the rear of 19 Bryant <br />ROAD Road was approved by the Board. Mr. Lurvey showed the Board a <br />picture he had taken of this dump and explained that Mr. John <br />DeVries said it was a construction dump and that her would see <br />that it was cleaned up. Mr. Lurvey asked permission to send an <br />order on this complaint if this dump was not cleaned up at the <br />time of his re -inspection. Permission was granted by the Board. <br />LOT 6 The letter from Harold E. Stevens, Town Councel, was app- <br />LOWELL roved by the Board. This letter stated that when a subdivision <br />ESTATES plan is approved by the Board of Health with the condition that <br />certain lots cannot be built upon without prior consent of the <br />Board of Health the Board would have to give written consent to <br />be recorded in the Registry of Deeds. Such a form was sent by <br />Mr. Stevens for Lot 6, Lowell Estates, Lexirigton. A copy for <br />future reference was also enclosed. The Board signed this form <br />of consent for Building on Lot 6, Lowell Estates. <br />POTTERS The letter to Mr. William Potter, 32 Walnut Street, Lex - <br />PIGGERY ington Massachusetts, granting him an extension to July 1, 1961 <br />was approved by the Board. <br />1 <br />1 <br />
