Service <br />Dunn Ford Sales <br />Colonial Garage <br />approved the paying of the Whitman & Howard, <br />Meeting adjourned at 5:20 P.M. <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF BOARD OF HEALTH <br />APRIL 28, 1961 <br />1 <br />A special meeting of the, Board of Health was held Friday, <br />April 28, 1961 at 1:30 P.M. in the Board of Health office. <br />Members present were Mr. R.L. McQuillan, Chairman, Mr. Charles <br />Cole and Mark D. Lurvey, Health Officer. <br />The purpose of this meeting was for the Board of Health to <br />meet with Mr. Steve Russian, Attorney, to discuss Lot 29 Rolfe <br />Road. <br />The Board vosted and so informed Mr.,Russian at the meeting <br />that Lot 28 and 29 on Rolfe Road, Lexington, Massachusetts, must <br />be drained and graded so that no standing water will be noticed <br />before approval to build on Lot 29, Rolfe Road, can be granted. <br />
