BOARD OF HEALTH <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />June 13, 1958 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Health was held on Friday, <br />June 13, 1958, at 12 noon. Chairman McQuillan, Dr. Cosgrove, <br />Mr. Cole, and Mr. Lurvey were present. <br />An application for a permit to keep horses on the property <br />of Mr. Robert T. Dunham, Jr., 11 Leonard Road, Lexington, was <br />discussed. <br />Due to the many objections received regarding this problem, <br />plus the closeness of those complaining to the stable area, plus <br />the nuisance of horse flies and a large accumulation of manure, <br />the Board voted to deny this application. <br />333 <br />11 <br />Leonard <br />Road- <br />Frissore- <br />Dunham- <br />Animal <br />Permit <br />The condition of sewage facilities on Byron Avenue and Lock- Byron & <br />Lockwood <br />wood Road was also discussed, and a statement will be sent to Roads <br />the Board of Selectmen regarding this situation. <br />
