Chairman McQuillan, Dr. Cosgrove, and Mr. Cole were present.
Mr. Mark Lurvey, Health Sanitarian, and the clerk were also
present.
Mr. Lucas of Whitman & Howard sat in with the Board to discuss
engineering problems. Therefore, we would have to smooth
out the fact that Whitman & Howard would be working for two
people. Mr. Howard of Whitman & Howard had suggested a fee of
25.00 a lot for the engineering inspections, to be paid by the
builder, which would be the percolation tests and inspections
and which would in most cases mean three trips that the engineer
would have to make.
Mr. McQuillan with the approval of Dr. Cosgrove suggested
that M r.
