Board of Health Meeting <br />May 18, 1951 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Health was <br />held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, <br />on Friday, May 18, 1951 at 3:00 p.m. Chairman Cos- <br />grove, Messrs. McQuillan and Russell were present. <br />Mr. Jackson, Sanitarian, and the Agent were also present. <br />Bill was received from the Lexington Visiting Nurse <br />Assn. in the amount of $154 for 12 tuberculosis visits; <br />22 acute communicable visits and 43 health superivision <br />visits. <br />The Board approved the bill for payment and instructed <br />the Agent to call the Association's attention to the fact <br />that if the bills average $154 per month for the balance <br />of the year, the appropriation of $1200 will be used <br />up and the Town will then be without the nursing ser- <br />tices. <br />It was further agreed to request the Association <br />to submit a statement with each monthly bill advising <br />the Board asto what the charges in each category are <br />for, and if possible to give the names and addresses <br />of the contacts. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted <br />to grant the following licenses: <br />Fuelite Natural Gas 315 Marrett Road Alcohol <br />Carroll. Brothers 31 Allen Street 100 swine <br />Gustave Hurtado 63 Westview Street 25 swine <br />John Sullivan 2497 Mass.
