The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room
at 7:30 p.m. Present and acting on petitions were:

Clarence D. Turner
Public hearings were held on the following petitions.
45 Hartwell Ave., Raytheon Co. requested a special permit to install a standing sign
(ZBL - 10.4.4) at 45 Hartwell Avenue (CM zone).
80 Hayden Avenue, Data Group Corp. requested a special permit to install two signs
on the building at 80 Hayden Ave. (CR zone). Signs will be in the form of single
letters, "Data Group". One sign would face Hayden Ave., the other Route 2 (ref.
ZBL Section 10, esp. 10.1.4 & 10.4.1).
2 & 3 Forbes Rd., Honeywell, Inc. requested a special permit, pursuant to ZBL Table
1, line 9.1, to maintain up to 15 office trailers for a period of six months on the
premises (CR zone).
98 Maple St., Southern New England District of the Assemblies of God, Inc. requested
' a special permit, pursuant to ZBL Section 7.4.9, to maintain the house at 98 Maple
St. (RO zone) as it has been located since 1955.
4 Hartwell Place, Data Instruments, Inc. requested a special permit, pursuant to
Table 1, line 9.1, to maintain a trailer for storage of metal stock at 4 Hartwell
Place (CM zone).
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
45 Hartwell Ave. - SP granted, unanimously.
80 Hayden Ave. - SP denied, unanimously.
2 & 3 Forbes Rd. - SP granted, unanimously (expiration date is 2/4/84).
98 Maple St. - SP granted, unanimously.
4 Hartwell P1. - SP denied, unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 10:55 P.M.
