LEXINGTON BOARD OF APPEALS
June 9, 1983
The Board held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 7:30 p.m.
Present and acting on petitions were:
Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman
Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman
Thomas G. Taylor
Anne R. Scigliano, Associate
Jonathan P. Doran, Associate
Public hearings were held on the following petitions:
1 Field Rd., Nancy S. Seasholes requested a special permit under ZBL Section 7.4.9
to allow the house at 1 Field Road to be maintained as presently located.
14 Peachtree Rd., Perry Pollins requsted a special permit under ZBL Section 5.7 to
construct a swimming pool.
128 Adams St., Judith R. Kohn requested a variance of dimensional controls ZBL
Table 2 to construct an addition.
Lot 2C (map 28) Lowell St., A & D Realty Trust requested a variance of dimensional
controls, Table 2 (frontage requirement) for a lot in the RS district having area
of 18,512 sq. ft. and frontage of 117.69 feet, instead of 125 feet, so that a
single-family house may be constructed on it. ( Jevt fo # '7z /.ow eU SF)
Decisions filed with.the Town Clerk.
1 Field Rd. - SP granted, unanimously.
14 Peachtree Rd. - SP granted, unanimously.
128 Adams St. - Variance granted, unanimously.
Lowell St. lot - Variance granted by vote of 4 to 1, Mr. Taylor not in favor.
The meeting adjourned at 11:16 p.m.
