Brodhead, Chairman, Natalie H. Riffin, vice Chairman, Irving H. Mabee Jonathan P. Doran, Associate Anne R. Scigliano, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions, beginning at 7:30 p.m. 81-83 Hartwell Ave., Dupree Associates requested a special permit for installation of granite sign piers at entrance to Kilnbrook II, office building, at 81-83 Hart- well Ave. (ref. ZBL Sign Regulations Section 10). 131 Hartwell Ave., Dupree Associates requested a special permit for installation of granite sign piers at entrance to Kilnbrook III, office building, at 131 Hartwell Ave. (ref. ZBL Sign Regulations Section 10). 26 Barberry Road, Norman L. Paul, M.D. and Betty B. Paul, L.I.C.S.W., requested a special permit to continue to use a portion of their dwelling as a part-time office for the practice of medicine and for multi -family group meetings. Petitioners wish to have a special permit for as long as they live in this house. (Ref. ZBL Section 3.3 and Table 1, line 8.2). Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 81-83 Hartwell Ave. - SP granted unanimously. 131 Hartwell Ave. - SP granted unanimously. 26 Barberry Rd. - SP granted unanimously for 5 years (exp. 2/24/88). The Board met in executive session on matters under litigation. Ruth Morey, former Chairman of the Board; William J. Scouler, a former Associate Member; and Eric T.
