HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-05-131 BOARD OF APPEALS May 13, 1982 7:30 P.M. The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in Selectmen's Meeting Room. Present and acting on petitions: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Robert M. Gary Thomas G. Taylor Ruth Morey, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions: 307 Wood St., James V. Cosgrove requested special permits to continue to operate a roadside stand at 307 Wood Street for the purpose of selling poultry, eggs, plants, produce and wood, Christmas trees and wreaths in season, and also to use the sign with removable inserts that identify what is for sale. 373 Mass. Ave., Rainbow Food Mart requested a special permit for a sign, which will be illuminated from within and replace the former "White Hen Pantry" sign on the building. 537 Lowell St., Hugh M. Leichtman requested a temporary special permit which will allow him to continue to use a reconstructed barn for temporary living quarters, as specified in a special permit granted 4/23/81. No change is sought. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 307 Wood St. - SP granted (expires 7/1/84) 373 Mass.
