Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Irving H. Mabee Thomas G. Taylor Eric T. Clarke, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions: 73 Blake Rd., Robert H. Morrison requested a variance of dimensional controls for an expansion and upgrading of an existing house. 15 Moon Hill Rd., Kay L. Kuhne Ting requested a special permit to continue the use of an office for architectural practice in the lower level of her residence. 10 Ward St., Bruce E. Neale requested a special permit to construct a swimming pool. 335 Woburn St., Paul Kaloostian requested a special permit for take out food service (Alexander's Convenience Food Store). ' 342 Bedford St., Lisa T. Fitzgerald requested a special permit to establish a riding school (Wildfire Farms). Land off Grove St. and No. Emerson Rd., Oscar Cormier requested a special permit (SPS with si plan review) for a cluster development for twenty dwellings on 18.5 acres of land (shown on Lexington Property Map 82, Lots 18, 83A, 84 and 101B). Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 73 Blake Rd. - Variance granted. 15 Moon Hill Rd. - SP granted (so long as Ms. Ting resides at 15 Moon Hill Rd.) 10 Ward St. - SP granted. 335 Woburn St. - SP granted. 342 Bedford St. - SP .for riding school granted (expires in one year).
