The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman
Robert M. Gary
Irving H. Mabee
Thomas G. Taylor
William C. Hays, Associate
Public hearings were held on the following petitions (3).
35 Hartwell Ave., Atex Inc. requested a special permit for two (2) standing signs.
10 Pleasant St., Wilson Farms, Inc. requested renewal of special permits for a
roadside stand and seasonal sale of Christmas trees.
27-31 Waltham St., Lexington Enterprises, Inc. (Peking Garden Restaurant) requested
removal of certain restrictions in 1977 special permit which would allow.applicant
to use basement level rooms during all hours of operation.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
' 35 Hartwell Ave. - SP for 2 standing signs granted unanimously.
10 Pleasant St. - SPs renewed for 2 years (expiration date 3/1/84).
27-31 Waltham St. - Request denied.
The meeting adjourned at 10:20 p.m.
