Brodhead, Chairman Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman Robert M. Gary Irving H. Mabee Anne Scigliano, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions. (5) 47 Rindge Avenue, Antonio N. and Concetta M. Cataldo - special permit, pursuant to zoning by-law section 7.4.9 (dimensional controls) to maintain the existing single family house and garage as located (since 1927 and 1932). 6 Hastings Road, Steven B. Sitzman - variance of dimensional controls to construct an addition to the dwelling. 128 Spring St., Beal & Co., Inc. (Ledgemont Associates) - special permit for two signs (one to be illuminated) located on petitioner's property. 1265 Massachusetts Ave., Anthony R. Cataldo.- special permit to process and sell fruits and vegetables at premises located at Gold Ribbon Farms. This is renewal of permission granted yearly since 1948. There are no changes. 1265 Massachusetts Ave., Seasons Four - special permit to sell Christmas trees and to stay open until 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, November 27 through December 23, 1981. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 47 Rindge Ave. - SP ,granted unanimously. 6 Hastings Rd. - variance granted unanimously. 128 Spring St. - SP granted unanimously. 1265 Mass. Ave.: Anthony R.
