The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's meting Room.
Present: Woodruff M. Brodhead, Chairman
Natalie H. Riffin, Vice Chairman
Robert M. Gary
Irving H. Mabee
Thomas G. Taylor
Public hearings were held on the following petitions. (4)
28 Woodpark Circle, Alan and Pamela Jones - special permit for a swimming pool.
682 Marrett Rd., Burrell C. Lowery - variance of dimensional controls to construct
a 2 -car garage.
11 Depot Square, Flowers at the Depot, Inc. - special permit for a standing sign.
55 Hayden Ave., W. R. Grace & Co. - special permit (SPS) for an addition to the
office building. This addition is in concert with the Master Plan for the property
developed by W. R. Grace & Co. and approved by the Board of Appeals in 1974.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
28 Woodpark Circle - SP granted unanimously.
682 Marrett Rd. - variance denied unanimously.
11 Depot Sq. - SP granted unanimously.
55 Hayden Ave. - SPS granted unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 11:27 p.m.
