Brodhead, Chairman Thomas G. Taylor Robert M. Gary Anne R. Scigliano, Associate Ruth Morey, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions (6). 18 Preston Rd., Michael F. Kraley - special permit for a swimming pool. 214 Pollen Rd., Vincent and Judy Sites - special permit for a swimming pool. 3 Allen St., Robert and Marguerite Barnard - special permit for a swimming pool. 2 & 3 Forbes Rd., Honeywell, Inc. - special permit to allow for the temporary use of up to 18 office trailers. Lexington Housing Authority - special permit (SPS) with site plan review to con- struct and operate a complex of 60 units of housing for the elderly in 5 buildings and a community building on 5.2 acres of land on and off Woburn St. The land, currently owned by Town of Lexington, is 'zoned RM -Multi -Family -garden apartment district. The Site, which backs up to Harrington School Site, is shown as Lots 112A and 126 on Town Property Map 46, A companion legal notice identifies dimen- sional variances being requested. . Lexington Housing Authority - variances as follows: 1. To increase the maximum number of dwelling units that can be located within each building to 12. 2. To reduce the frontage required from 200' to 74.441. 3. To reduce side and rear yard requirements as follows: (a) northeasterly yard from 40' to 301. (b) easterly side yard from 40' to 311. (c) rear yard from 40 to not less than 30'. (d) yard adjacent to other districts (duplication of a,b & c). 4. To reduce the required distance between building Al and building B from 30 feet to 20 feet. 5. To reduce number of parking spaces from 14 per unit to provide 39 spaces. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 18 Preston Rd. - SP granted unanimously. 214 Pollen Rd. - SP granted unanimously. 3 Allen St. - SP granted unanimously. 2 & 3 Forbes Rd. - SP granted unanimously.
