Present and acting on hearings: Also present: Ruth Morey, Chairman Associates: Woodruff M. Brodhead Eric T. Clarke Irving H. Mabee William C. Hays Natalie H. Riffin Robert V. Whitman Thomas G. Taylor A photograph was taken for the Annual Town Report. Associates departed. Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 25 Taft Ave., Glen R. Elliott - variance to maintain existing dwelling. 23 Blueberry Lane, Jeraldine Martinson - variance of dimensional controls in order to construct an addition to the existing dwelling and any variance necessary to maintain existing structures. 739 Massachusetts Ave., Waldorf School, Inc. - special permit for a free standing identification sign. Waldorf School is leasing the former Adams School from the Town of Lexi gton. 63 Paul Revels Rd., John D. Brucchi - renewal of special permit to operate a pri- vate riding school for two years. 1265 Mass. A ., Seasons Four - renewal of special permits: to sell Christmas trees and wreaths t retail in the nursery yard and extend opening hours to be effective from Novembe 10 to December 23, 1980, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. 25 Taft Ave. - Variance granted unanimously. 23 Blueberry Lane - Variances granted unanimously. 63 Paul Revere Rd. - SP granted to John Brucchi (expires 12/31/82). 739 Mass. Ave. - SP granted unanimously. (left side of driveway) 1265 Mass. Aire.- SP granted (4 to 1, Mr. Taylor voting in negative) for 1980 only.
