Mabee Natalie H. Riffin 'Phomas G. Taylor Robert M. Gary, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 3 Minute Man Lane, Gertrude A. Flynn - special permit to construct an inground pool. 44 Allen Street and Clematis Way, Trinity Realty Trust, Dennis R. Lowe, Trustee - variance of dimensional controls to allow a 50' frontage for the existing church building. (Trinity Covenant Church) 44 Allen Street, Clematis Way, Trinity Realty Trust, Dennis R. Lowe, Trustee - special permit to subdivide a 14.4 acre tract of land as a cluster development, for 6 single family house lots of not less than 20,000 sq. £t. per lot and with frontage of not less than 120 ft. Parcel "A" containing the Church is not one of the six lots but is included in the Cluster Development. ' 482 Bedford St., Tektronix, Inc. - Site Plan Review and approval for a special permit for a building addition and parking and use of the building addition for office and research development. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 3 Minute Man Lane - granted unanimously. 44 Allen St. (church) - unanimously granted. 44 Allen St., Clematis Way (6 dwelling units) - granted unanimously. 482 Bedford St. - unanimously granted.
