Brodhead, Vice Chairman Natalie H. Riffin Thomas G. Taylor Eric T. Clarke, Associate Robert V. Whitman, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions. 34 Parker St., Charles H. Brenton - variance of dimensional controls to allow a front porch to be rebuilt with a larger roof, thus increasing the non -conformity of an existing legal non -conforming house. 21 Circle Rd., Charles H. Olson and Margo Yewell Olson - variance of dimensional controls to allow an existing single family dwelling to be maintained as located. 18 Nickerson Rd., Diane Bay Humenansky, M.D. - special permit to use a portion of her residence as an office. 21 Moreland Ave., Joseph and Adeline Fournier - appeal from the denial by the Building Commissioner of the issuance of a building permit for 21 Moreland Ave., notice of Appeal having been made by Attorney Donald L. Connors, Tyler & Reynolds, Boston. 15 Scott Rd., Theodore L. Freeman, Trustee, Kerrie Realty Trust - variance of dim- ensional controls to allow a front yard setback of 20 ft. 17 Scott Rd., Theodore L. Freeman, Trustee, Kerrie Realty Trust - variance of dim- ensional controls to allow a front yard setback of 20 ft. Decisions filed with the Town Clerk and other actions. 34 Parker St. - granted unanimously. 21 Circle Rd. - granted unanimously. 18 Nickerson Rd. - granted unanimously for 2 years with conditions (expires 4/22/82). 21 Foreland Ave. - request to defer hearing accepted (see June 12, 1980) by unan. vote . 15 Scott Rd. - granted unanimously. 17 Scott Rd. - granted unanimously.
