The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Meeting Room
beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Public heariiAgs were held on the following petitions:
18 Woodpark Circle, John J. Pallotta - special permit to construct a swimming pool.
1 Village Circle, Chong -Pi Hsieh and Mei-Ching Ho Hsieh - variance to maintain a
tool shed as located.
35 Woodcliffe Rd., Leon Gunther - variance to build an addition.
63 Paul Revere Rd4, John D. Brucchi - renewal for two years of special permit to
operate a private riding academy.
2 Forbes Rd., Honeywell, Inc. - special permit for an addition to be used for
similar purposes to those conducted within the existing building.
7 Hartwell Ave., Robert Cataldo - special permit to construct and operate a bank.
Also permits for signs.
Decisions filed with the Town Clerk.
18 Woodpark Circ1EE - granted unanimously.
1 Village Circle * granted 4 to 1 (Mrs. Morey in opposition because she felt that
1' instead of 15' was too great a variance.)
35 Woodcliffe Rd. granted unanimously.
63 Paul Revere Rd4 - granted unanimously to 12/31/80.
2 Forbes Rd. - granted (SPS) unanimously.
7 Hartwell Ave. - special permits granted unanimously. (building & signs)
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
