Taylor Irving H. Mabee Natalie H. Riffin William'J. Scouler, Associate Public hearings were held on the following petitions, notices of hearing having been mailed and advertised as required by statute. 117 Kendall Rd., Julianne T. Kayce - special permit for a swimming pool. 1265 Mass. Ave., Anthony R. Cataldo, d/b/a Gold Ribbon Farms - renewal of permission to process and sell fruits and vegetables at premises located at Gold Ribbon Farms. 70 North St., S & A Realty Trust, R. H. Hall - variance for side yard. 655 Marrett Rd., Alice Louise Kane - variance to maintain dwelling as located. 28 Cottage St., Robert W. Hoye - variance to allow construction of a house. A building permit was denied by the Building Commissioner. (Lots 20-24) Decisions filed with the Town Clerk. 117 Kendall Rd. - granted unanimously. 1265 Mass.
