The Board of Appeals met in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 8 p.m.
Present: Ruth Morey, Chairman

The Chairma* called the meeting for the purpose of continuing the hearing
held on Thursday♦ August 9, 1979 with respect to the petition of Moore Homes, Inc.,
Mark Moore, Jr., President, for a special permit for the development of Morrow
Crossing for 21 iving units in 11 buildings plus garages and including the
requests for var ances as cited in his petition and in the Legal Notice published
July 26 and Augu t 2. Notice was posted for this Tuesday meeting.

Decision: Gran d unanimously.
