Wadsworth, chairman Ruth Morey Woodruff M. Brodhead Irving H. Mabee Thomas G. Taylor HEARINGS IN THE ORDER SCHEDULED 49 Outlook Drive, Albert G. Montgomery and Dee Ann Montgomery - variance to maintain existing structure as located. 4 Sullivan St., David R. Young - variance to permit construction of a single family home on 50 ft., 5,000 sq. ft. area, lot. 6 Sullivan St., Stanley R. and Mary E. Young - variance to permit construction of a single family home on lot with 4,979 sq. ft. and 50 ft. frontage. 93 Hancock St., Lexington Gardens, Inc. - renewal of the special permit to store and sell in conjunction with the operation of a nursery all the supplementary items specified in 24.5, paragraph 1. Decisions filed with the Town clerk. ' 49 Outlood Drive - granted unanimously. 4 Sullivan St. - denied unanimously. 6 Sullivan St. - denied unanimously. 93 Hancock St. - granted with conditions for one year (exp. 1/31/80). other: The Board discussed proposed town meeting warrant articles.
