Gary, Associate Natalie Riffin, Associate The above members and associate members met in the Legion Room, Cary Memorial Building, specifically for the purpose of voting on the petition of Lexington Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Peking Garden Restaurant, 27 Waltham St., to enlarge restaurant facilities and use adjacent premises, formerly occupied by Stevens Market, Inc., at 7:15 p.m. Lexington Enterprises, Inc. requested a special permit under the Town of Lexington Zoning By-laws to enable it to enlarge its restaurant facilities and use the adjacent premises and lot of land located at 31 Waltham Street, formerly occupied by Stevens Market, Inc., for the purpose of extending its restaurant use. Petitioner has an agreement with the owners of the premises at 31 Waltham Street to purchase the property. The addition is to be in accordance with the plan entitled "Addition to Peking Garden, Morehouse and Chesley Architects" dated February 22, 1977. The hearing was held on April 7, 1977, decision postponed to April 13. Woodruff M. Brodhead made the motion to grant the petition with restrictions. ' Ruth Morey seconded the motion. The Vote: In favor: George P. Wadsworth, Ruth Morey, Woodruff M. Brodhead, Natalie H. Riffin. Opposition: Robert M. Gary. Natalie Riffin recorded the vote, as secretary pro -tem.
