January 6, 1977
The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Thursday, January 6, 1977 to con-
tinue deliberations and discussion in order to arrive at a decision on the
Drummer Boy, Phase II petition. See December 30, 1976 hearing minutes.
Present were: George P. Wadsworth, Chairman
Ruth Morey, Vice Chairman
Woodruff M. Brodhead
Irving H. Mabee
Thomas G. Taylor
After careful consideration of all the facts presented to the Board at
two posted meetings, the Board voted to grant the special permit and variances.
The decision is contained in nine pages posted with the Town Clerk.
The motion to grant was made by Irving H. Mabee. It was seconded by
Woodruff M. Brodhead and passed unanimously. Both the special permit and
the variances contain certain conditions. See the special permit in the
Board of Appeals' files or in the office of the Town Clerk.
The meeting adjourned at 9:52 p.m.
