Board of Appeals Hearings
March 3, 1959
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, March 3y 1959,
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti-
tions:
Walter E. Swanbon - to divide one lot at 337 Waltham St. into
two lots a ve insufficient frontage and area.
Gulf Oil Corporation - to erect 1-L-4-12 72" Gulf plastic rotating
sign at324 rreR_T,'corner of Waltham St.
William H. Graham D.M.D. - to aanduct an office for the practice
of Orth ott cs � a proposed dwelling on the corner of Massachusetts
Ave. and Hunt Rd., known as Lot #A.
Alfred Busa - to erect two dwellings at #7 and #11 Melrose Ave.

At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached:
' Walter E. Swanbon - denied
Gulf Oil Corp. - denied
William H. Graham - denied
Alfred Buss, - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
