BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
May 5, 1955
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectments
Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, KAY 5, 1955•
At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following
petitions:
Martha Yntas - to erect and maintain a bathroom addition to the
non-conformingTwdwelling at #15 Rockville Avenue.
M. J. Aruda - to erect an addition 6' x 5' to existing building
at 329 Mass. Ave.
Jose h E. Chisholm - to sLbdivide parcel of land at 286 Woburn St.
into two o s Substantially in accordance with the plot plan submitted.
Rocco DeAmicis - to subdivide parcel of land at 353 Marrett Rd.

J. M. Murray- to erect a greenhouse attached to tge rear of exist-
ing dwellingat 31'Eaton Rd.
' At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:

M. J. Aruda - denied.
Joseph E. Chisholm - granted
Rocco DeAmicis - denied
J. M. Murray - granted
