HomeMy WebLinkAbout1955-03-3135 PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS March 31, 1955 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Tuesday, March 31, 1955• At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Six Moon Hill Inc. - to erect a frame bath house to be used in conjuncT on with the existing swimming pool on Lot #24 - Moon Hill Road, substantially in accordance with the plot plan submitted. Roy D. Keene - to erect a single family dwelling at 1 Ingleside Rd. which does not have the 150 ft. frontage as required under the Lex- ington Zoning By-law. Vine Valley Realty Corp. - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot #7 Grant t. Extension which oes not have the required frontage and area. Eric Karlson - to subdivide Lot 1 located on Valley .id. John F. Daniels - to build a one -car garage at 84 Bertwell Rd. which will be set back noMess than 25 ft. from the street instead of 30 ft. as required by the Lexington Zoning By-law. Edward S. Folsom to erect an addition approximately 24'3" x 106" to the exis nga ing at 108 Woburn St. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Six Moon Hill, Inc. - granted Doy D. Keene - denied Vine Valley Realty Corp. - denied Eric Karlson - granted Joseph E. Casey - granted, subject to the condition that all re- quirements of the Zoning By-law covering set back, side yards and rear yard shall be complied with in any dwelling erected on Lot "A". John F. Daniels - granted Edward S. Folsom - granted I Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
