A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on December 10, 1965.
At 8"-00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Carmela Siano - to erect a single car garage at #320 Waltham
St.
Sidney M. Simons - to erect a single family dwelling on Lots 25
and 26, numbered rtlett Ave.
Hugh A. Stubbins, Jr. - to maintain an architect's professional
offuce ate -103 P.Leasant St.
Wilda M. Ward_ - to continue the operation of a Nursery Group at
#233 East.
Charles H. Mur-rraay - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot
' 137 Donald St. T. Welsh - to erect a single car garage at #39 Preston Rd.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached:
Carmela Siano - Denied
Sidney M. Simons - Denied
Hugh A. Stubbins, Jr. - Granted - only so long as Mr. Stubbins
owns and occupies the dwelling.
Wilda M. Ward - Granted subject to the following conditions:
1) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition at
all times; 2) that not more than 10 children shall be accommodated
at one time; 3) that this Permit shall expire Oct. 25, 19%.
Charles H. Murray - Granted
William T. Welsh - Granted
