Lynah, Ballard, Redman and Ripley were present. The clerk was also present. Mr. Lynah took the Chair. At 8:35 hearings were declared open on the following petitions Mary E. Dacey - to operate a summer play group for not more than 1 c ren a ween the ages of 4 and 6 years on the premises. HenninjW. Swenscn - to convert a single family dwelling a located t ZI rre . into a three-family dwelling. Arnold W. Williams - to subdivide and reduce the lot at 9 Balfour S. y convey g to the abutting owner, John R. Bauer, a strip of land having about six feet on Balfour St. and a depth of approximately GL ft., for the purpose of adjusting a boundary ques- tion. Harlan P. Newton - to build an additional room and garage at 12 Woodlamd Rd. Alfred P. Williams - to erect a single family dwelling at 3 I Donald Daniel A. Jones - to erect a two -car garage at 30 Colony Rd. Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Mary E. Dacey - granted subject to the following conditions: 1. That the hours of this play group would be between 9 and 12 a.m. five days a week for the period commencing the latter part of June to the end of August; 2. That this Permit will expire one year from date; 3. That the play group will at all times be confined to the petitioner's property and will be properly supervised; y. That the grounds of the petitioner will at all times be kept in a neat and orderly condition. Premises located at 545 Bedford st. Henning W. Swenson - denied Arnold W. Williams - granted Harlan P.
