Townsend - erect a single family dwelling and future extension a overs . Ernest DeVincent - to continue operation of roadside stand located at the corner of Pasant St. and Concord Turnpike, for one year from November 29, 1952. Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decision were reached Richard S. Townsend - granted Ernest DeVincent - granted with the following conditions: the stand shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition and only the products of tae land of the owner that is within the Town of Lexington shall be sold.
