HomeMy WebLinkAbout1953-01-09205 I BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS January 9, 1953 The Lexington Board of Appeals held public hearings on January 9, 1953 on the following petitions: Grace Kirkland - to subdivide the parcel of land known as 33 Reed St and erect a single family dwelling on said lots. Theodore E. Andrews - to subdivide Lot #1, 334 Lincoln St. into two lots, numbered an -B, and to convert the shed located on Lot 1-B into a single family dwelling. Dr.Darl R. Benton - Eliminate wire lath and plaster in basement of building located at 3115 Mass. Ave. Dr. R. Willard Hunt - to maintain an office for the practice of Osteopat a e c e at 34 Hancock St. and to erect a small sign on the premises. Dr. Charles T. Mooney - to maintain a physician's office at 1145 Massachusetts Ave. and to erect the usual small sign on the premises. ' Francis Harrington - to erect a single family dwelling at 18 Liberty Ave. wifg—a westerly side yard of approximately 9'3"• Nishan Haroian - to operate a roadside stand at 353 Concord Ave. Mass. Institute of Technology - to construct a temporary Tower at 238 Wood St. in accordance with submitted drawings. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held with the following decisions reached: Grace Kirkland denied Theodore E. Andrews - granted Dr. Carl R. Benton - denied Dr. R. Willard Hunt - granted Dr. Charles T. Mooney - granted Francis Harrington - granted Nishan Haroian - granted with the following conditions: 1. That only products of the land of the owner of the stand that is within the Town of Lexington shall be sold; 2. That the cars of customers shall not be parked on the highway; 3. This Permit shall expire one year from November 15, 1952; 4. That the premises shall be kept in a neat and order condition. Muriel C. Stone, Clerk
