HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952-11-14I November 14,1952 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on November 14, 1952. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Ripley, Lynah, Redman and Ballard were present. The clerk was also present. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were opened on the following petitions: R. H. Hersom - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 36 and 37 in Block 20 at 64 Bertwell Rd. Charles M. Blake - to erect a single family dwelling and 2 -car garage on Lot B-1,7rHeriam. St. C. Courteney Comeau - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot }j, 53 Wil lams Road. C. Courteney Comeau - to erect a single-family dwelling on Lot E, 55 Wil ms Rd. Walter LaDow - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot H, Williams Rd. Albert F. Douglass - to rent the building located at the rear of 5 Muzzey ST-. for the purpose of preparing fluids for hospital uses for one year from October 18, 1952, with the condition that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition and that there shall be no noise or obnoxious odors. Dennis J. Kelly - to convert a two family dwelling at 20 Muzzey St. into a three farm y dwelling. At the close of the hearings the following decisions were reached in Executive Session: R. H.
