HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952-07-10BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS I July 10, 1952 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on July 105 1952. Present were Chairman Locke, Messrs. Ripley, Ballard, Redman, and Emery. The clerk was also present. Petitions were heard as follows: Fred E. Hersom, Jr. to erect a single family dwelling on Lot Nos. 1 and 2 in Block17;-7-restos Rd. Fred E. Hersom, Jr. to erect a single family dwelling on Lot Nos. 41., 425 4J. and 44 in B oc 9, Blake Rd. John J. Yosgandes - to erect a single family dwelling at 11 Carbille Ave in accordance with plan submitted. James P. Cassim - to convert the single family dwelling at 312 Bedford St. inTo a two-famfV dwelling. Countryside, Inc. - to erect a concrete block and brick veneer build- ing forruunch-vroom and sale of groceries. ' Albert L. Goldman - t o erect a two-family dwelling at 87 Pleasant St. subject o e c diti6n that the kitchen facilities be removed when the parents of the petitioner had no longer use of the kitchen facilities, and that the two family use shall cease when the property is no longer owned and occupied by Albert L. Goldman. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held and the following decisions reached: Fred E. Hersom, Jr. - granted Fred E. Hersom, Jr. - granted John J.
