Miller - permission to maintain the roadside stand locateTa 73 Concord Turnpike, submect to the following conditions: 1. That only products of the land of the owner of the stand that is within the Town may be sold on the premises; 2. That the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly condition; 3. That this permit shall expire April 1, 1953; 4. That there shall be no flood lighting of the premises; 5. That the total area of signs employed shall not be greater than 20 sq.ft.; 6. That provision shall be made on the premises for the parking of automobiles. E. L. Sharkey (Raytheon Mfg. Co.) - permission to least Lot #11, 16 Hazel Rd. - o- the Raytheon Mfg. Co. for the purpose of erecting one tower, for mounting microwave transmitting equipment, in accordance with the two plans submitted, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit shall expire one year from date, at the expiration of which time the entire structure, including the fence, shall be removed.: and the premises restored to their original condition; 2. That the operation of this equipment shall in no way interfere with radio and ' television reception in the area; 3. That no motive power shall be employed at the site. Following the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Lloyd H. Miller - granted E. L. Sharkey - granted Muriel C. Stone, Clerk J 16T
