September 21, 1950
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, September 21, 1950. At 8:00
p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions:
Wa.lter'Elander - to erect a single-family dwelling on Lot #5,
Briggs Rd. witE a si a yard of 13.3 ft. from the easterly lot line
Florence Mancuso - to subdivide lot 222 into three divisions,
in accordance with p n submitted.
F. B. Hubl - to store furniture in barn located on lot 222
Donald K. Irwin - to erect a single family dwelling on lot 5
Lowell St. which wou not have the required frontage.
Ralph S. Carvill - tk combine half of lot #30, lots 31 and 32,
Block 2 , Bertwell 07to make a building lot with a frontage of 75
ft. and an area of approx. 7,500.
' James A. Graziano - to erect a single family dwelling on lots
340-341, 50 Paulevere Rd. which will be set back 14 ft. from Asbus7i
St.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur4
ing which the following conclusions were reached:
Walter Elander - granted
Florence Mancuso —denied
F. B. Hubley - denied
Donald K. Irwin - granted
Ralph S. Carvill - denied
James A. Graziano - granted
