July 20, 1950
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 20, 1950. At 8:00 p.m.
hearings were declared open on the following petitions:
Howard H. Bezanson - to complete construction of the dwelling
now under construction at 19 Hill St. Petitioner stated that an error
was made at the time that the house was located on the lot, so that the
rear corner of the house nearest the side line is 1417' from the line
instead of the 15' required by the zoning law.
Walter F. Lamers - to enlarge and enclose side porch on house:
located a o- o which addition would bring the side of the•
new porch to within 13 ft. of Byron Ave.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur-;
ing which the following decisions were reached:
Howard H. Bezanson - granted
Walter F. Lammers - granted
