BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
I
April 27, 1950
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on April 27, 1950. Chairman
Locke, Messrs. Redman, Lynah, and Ripley were present. The clerk wa*
also present.
At 8;00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following
petitions:
Paul B. West for permission to erect a single-family dwelling
with attached garage on Lots 18, 19, and 20, corner of Simonds and
Gleason Road, said -lots having a total frontage on Simonds Road of
101.55 feet, a total frontage on Gleason Road of 85.64 feet and a
combined area of 8680 square feet.
Jacob Bierenbroodspot for permission to erect a two -car garago
2 feet from the side lot line at 254 Bedford Street, as shown on plan
submitted.
Jane H. Cusner for permission to establish and maintain a
nuraery-kindergarten school for an enrolment of 10 pupila ranging in
age from 3 to 5 years, said nursery -kindergarten school to be operat*d
' in the residence located at 173 Marrett Road.
Carmelo Rinaldo for permission to grade a portion of the land.
owned by the petitioner on Marrett Road, and situated westerly of and
approximately 800 feet from the location of the new Route 128 and to
sell the excavated material.
Gil Wyner Company - one petition for permission to erect a
temporary tool house on the Concord Turnpike at the new Route 128, as
shown on plan. One petition ibr permission to erect a temporary tool
house at the junction of the new Route 128 and the railroad in the
proximity of Bedford Stheet as shown on plan. One petition for per-
mission to erect a temporary office, two tool houses and a garage at
Wood Street and Massachusetts Avenue, as shown on plan. One petition
for permission to erect a temporary tool house on Marrett Road and the
new Route 128, as shown on plan. One petition for permission to erect
a temporary tool house on Lincoln Street, at the new Route 128, as
shown on plan.
Boris P. Miller for permission to erect a foundation and movela
house on to this foundation on Lots 26, 27, 28, and 29, Block 22, Defter
Road, said lots having a total frontage on Dexter Road of 87.92 feeto a
total frontage on Williams Road of 119.4 feet and a combined area of
3.1,509 square feet.
