HomeMy WebLinkAbout1950-01-05BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS January 5, 1950 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on January 5, 1950. Chair- man Locke, Messrs. Houdlette, Ripley, Lynah and Redman were present. The clerk was also present. At 8:15 p.m. the following petitions were heard: Benjamin Thompson for permission to build a residenbe on Lot 18 at Sia Moon Hill, Lexingten,whi-ch w=1d not have the required frontage. James B. Catalano for permission to make alterations to dairy for a flower showroom and erect a greenhouse to be attached to front' and side of present dairy. Robert R. Williams for permission to erect a single-family dwelling, which would not have the required setback from the street, on the existing foundation on Lots 8 and 9 Ward Street. Hearings were declared closed at 8:52 p.m ' In executive session following the following decisions were reached: Benjamin Thompson - Granted James B. Catalano - Granted Robert R.
