HomeMy WebLinkAbout1948-11-181 November 18, 1948 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen!s Room, Town Office Building, on November 18, 1948. Chairman Locke' Messrs. Redman, Ripley, Lynah and Ballard were present. The clert was also present. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Biagio Cacciola for permission to erect and maintain a greet - house at 706 Marrett Road. Charles G. Davis for permission to add to and enlarge the existing one -car garage at 9 Washington Street to accommodate two± cars, said garage having a side yard less than that required by tie Lexington Zoning By-law. Williard I. Woodis for permission to make a third -floor apatt- ment in the dwelling located at 41 Grant Street. The hearings were declared closed at 8:50 p.m. The following decisions were arrived at in executive sessio*: ' Charles G. Davis - granted Willard I.
