HomeMy WebLinkAbout1948-10-2869 BOARU OF APPEALS HEARINGS ' October 28, 1948 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on October 28, 1918. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Lynah, Ripley, Duffy, and Ballard were present. The clerl4 was also present. At 8:00 p.m. the following petitions were heard: Maxine J. Mowll for permission to conduct a kindergarten at 19 Oakland Street between the hours of 9:00 to 12:00 a.m. for a period of one year. George A. Selfridge for permission to erect dwellings on two lots on Manning Street which are the subdivision of three lots shown on plot plan submitted as Lots 36, 37, 38, the new lots having frontage and area less than that required by the Lexington Zoning> By-law. First Parish Church, Harrington Road, for permission to make a one-story addition of third class, instead of second class, con+ struction. ' Donald Kourian for permission to operate a temporary sawmill on the premises numbered 124 Grove Street. Elenoir C. Hood for permission to teach piano at bl Reed Street, Lexington During executive session following the hearings the following decisions were rendered: Elenoir C.
