HomeMy WebLinkAbout1948-07-08BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING July 8, 1948 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on July 8, 1948. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Houdlette, Ripley, Redman and Ballard were present.. The clerk was also present. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open and the following petitions heard: Frank J. Moore for permission to erect a greenhouse at 222 Follen Road, Lexington, in accordance with the plans submitted. Ralph B. Witthus for permission to erect on premises numbered 503 Lowell Street a dwelling the construction of which would not comply with the Lexington Building By-law. Lillian B. Cunha for permission to erect, in accordance with; plans submitted, on Lots 5 and 6. Block 95, Reed Street, a dwelling the construction of which would not comply with the Lexington Build- ing By-law. Monson MacPhee on behalf of John C. Kehoe for permission to ' erect a dwelling on Lots 35B, 36, 371, and 38B in Block 23 Bertwell Road, Lexington, in accordance with the plot plan submitted. At 8:40 p.m. the hearings were declared closed, and in executive session the following decisions were rendered: Frank J. Moore - granted Ralph B. Witthus - granted Monson MacPhee - granted Lilluan B.
