A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen$
Room, Town Office Building, Lexington on May 7, 1948. Chairman
Looks, Messrs. Brown, Ripley, Duffy and Ballard were present. The
clerk was also present.
At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Frances N. Cochrane for permission to make addition to the
existing garage at 2648 Massachusetts Avenue which would result in a
side yard of which the width would be less than the minimum required
by the Lexington Zoning By-law.
J. E. Stevens for permission to erect on Lot #2 Briggs Road,
a dwelling which would not have the required frontage.
Bearings were declared closed at 8:25 p.m. and the following
decisions reached in executive session:
Frances N. Cochrane - granted
J. E. Stevens — granted
?he meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
