BOARD GF APPEALS HEARING
' December 19, 1947
A -meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, an December 19, 1947. Chair-
man Locke, Messrs. Houdlette, Brown, Duffy, Ballard were present.
The clerk was also present.
At 8:00 p.m. the hearings were declared open and the following
petitions heard:
Daniel A. Gilmore for permission to subdivide Lot 48 on Ivan
Street.
Dr. Richard Lepper for permission to maintain a dentist's
office at 1963 Massachusetts Avenue.
Hearings were declared closed at 8:55 p.m. In executive
session afterwards the following decisions were reached:
Daniel A. Gilmore - granted
Dr. Richard Lepper - granted
Catherine Parello, Clerk
