HomeMy WebLinkAbout1947-11-141 1 J BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS November 14, 1947 A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'$ Room, Town Office Building, on November 14, 1947. Chairman Locke, Messrs. Redman, Ballard, Brown and Houdlette were present at the he4Lr- ings. The clerk was also present. At 8:15 p.m. the hearings were declared open and the followi*g were heard: Paul Bowser for permission to build a greenhouse on the premises located at 153 Grant street. Eugene R. Keefe for permission to erect a prefabricated dwelling on Lot No. 4 as shown on the pan of the Lexington Country Club Estates, Lexington, Massachusetts, by A. A. Miller, C.E., on file in the office of the Town Engineer. Ciriaco Cataldo for permission to build a greenhouse and boiler room on the premises located at 59 Bow Street, Lexington. The Board considered said petition in.executive session fol- lowing the hearings and reached the following decisions: Paul Bowser - granted Eugene R. Keefe - denied .
